I said to myself yesterday, “I’m going to blog something tomorrow”. As I started thinking forward through the next couple months, and my trip to Alaska – I started getting really homesick for Alaska, and eager to just BE there! So I decided to blog a session I got to shoot there last summer – one of my best friends (and locker mate our senior year!) and his beautiful, gorgeous, stunning wife.
On this beautiful day in the summer of 2013, the three of us headed out to Beach Lake in Chugiak, Alaska. It was a gorgeous day – except for the mosquitos. There were FLOCKS of them. Seriously. Worst mosquitos I’ve ever seen (and that’s saying something!) and we realized we hadn’t brought any bug spray. Lesson learned. After begging for some from some local fishermen, we headed down to the lake…and the rest is history.
